Bruno Civera joined Davie in 2021 and was appointed Vice-President, Engineering, in December 2025. In this role, he is responsible for all engineering functions supporting Davie’s shipbuilding and ship repair programs. He oversees the technical management of subcontractors responsible for design and equipment supply, as well as the planning and integration of production activities. Bruno also ensures alignment between engineering activities, the supply chain, and vessel commissioning, enabling coordinated program execution.
Bruno holds a Bachelor of Naval Engineering from the Universidad de la República in Uruguay and a Master of Naval Architecture from ENSTA in Paris, France. He brings more than 25 years of international experience, gained through roles with Bureau Veritas in France, Korea, China, and Australia, as well as with Chantiers de l’Atlantique in France and Italy.
